Return and exchange policy
We use multiple delivery services, so receipt time may vary depending on the customer's region.
In general, shipping takes between 5 and 15 business days.
We recommend that you check the status of your order.
If delivery is not completed, there will be two subsequent attempts.
The product will be returned to the distributor if delivery attempts fail.
You can exchange purchased products up to 15 days after receiving them or return items within 5 days after delivery, as long as the product is labeled, has all accessories and has not been used.

Reimbursement:
Within 10 days, the refund request (due to return) will be sent to the credit card or current account with the same ownership.
The amount will be made available in accordance with the rules of the card administrator or customer's bank.
